Derek and Casie Jolley were phenomenal. We could not have asked for better agents to list and sell our home. They went above and beyond including communicating with some non-cooperative renters that were not happy with the pending sale of the property. Derek and Casie provided constant communication throughout the process so there were never any surprises. They definitely earned their commission.

Casie was amazing! She handled our transaction from start to finish very efficiently and provided updates every few days. By far the best interaction I have had with a realtor.

Derek and Casie were great to work with and I would recommend them to a friend. When looking for a realtor we wanted someone who could add value and knowledge to the home buying/selling process above which we could find online by ourselves. Derek was a savvy and strong negotiator when we were both buying and selling our house. His real estate knowledge and deep understanding of the Las Vegas market helped us understand the nuances of closing deals that made us feel confident and assured that we got the best outcomes. Both Derek and Casie are easy to talk to and work with which helps alleviate the some of the stress of buying or selling a house.

Casie and Derek helped us sell our home in Vegas and I have to say they were absolutely remarkable. I was out of town and my husband was unable to be involved in the process. They were very attentive, gave us updates, communication was awesome and they handled everything. I didn't worry about a thing. They went above and beyond for us. Derek even came over on a Saturday to see that things went smoothly with the buyers agent. And on top of that, he even offered to help us move out AND came back to mow our grass that evening! They are the sweetest couple, extremely efficient and resourceful. They work well together and got us a great deal. Derek and Casie were amazing realtors! We started out by meeting them in their office and getting set up on the notification services. Whenever there was a home we wanted to see, they were always willing to go and see it. They helped us with all of our questions and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
